As a Care Assistant and Cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering both care and cleaning services to clients in their own homes. This includes:
Care Duties:
· Assisting with personal care such as washing, bathing, showering, grooming, and oral hygiene
· Helping clients dress, get up, and prepare for their day
· Preparing meals and drinks, and assisting with feeding when required
· Supporting clients to go to bed, including undressing and evening care routines
· Administering prescribed medication and completing MAR sheets
· Providing continence care, including pad changes, toileting support, emptying commodes, and changing catheter bags
· Using manual handling equipment as specified
· Working alongside healthcare professionals such as District Nurses and GPs
· Monitoring client health and reporting any changes in condition or social circumstances
Cleaning & Household Support Duties:
· Performing general household cleaning and tidying
· Laundry, ironing, and maintaining a clean environment
· Shopping for groceries and household items
· Managing supplies and stock levels
· Collecting pensions and paying bills on behalf of clients
· Escorting clients to appointments or outings as needed

Requirements
Experience:
- No experience required
Language:
- Proficiency in English
- Additional languages preferred: Hindi, Urdu, Sylheti
Other Requirements:
- Valid Driving Licence (preferred)
- Ability to commute reliably within London or plan to relocate before starting
