We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on Days at Blatchington Manor our dementia specialist residential home
Hours – 36 hrs
Week 1 - Mon 2-8, Wed 2- 8 Tues 8-8 and Sat 8-8
Week 2 - Mon 8-8, Wed 2-8 Thurs 8-8 and Fri 2-8
- We are unable to provide Tier 2 sponsorship at this time*
- Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
- Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
- Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
- Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
- Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
- Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;

Package:
- £12.30p/h weekdays £12.92 p/h Weekends rising to £12.70 p/h and £13.34 p/h
