REPORTING TO: Senior Care Assistant in Charge
JOB PURPOSE: To assist in the provision of care and work as part of a team to achieve required standards. To ensure Residents are treated with kindness, dignity, respect and compassion: whilst residents receive the care,
support and treatment they wish and are involved in making decisions. To be involved in the general activities of
the Care Home.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Genuine interest in working within a caring environment
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Team player
Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Program
Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check (where applicable).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
