Care Assistant (Full-time/Part-time)
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Assistants to join our small, family-run care business. Positions are available on both a full-time and part-time basis.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care setting is essential
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable
- A genuine passion for caring for others
Role Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality personal care to residents
- Supporting with light meal preparation
- Undertaking cleaning and laundry duties
- Assisting with daily activities to promote wellbeing
- Accurately completing care plans and documenting relevant information
We believe that while anyone can become a care assistant, it takes a truly special person to be a great carer — someone who genuinely cares for others and is committed to making a difference, not just earning a wage.
