Carbon13 builds and backs 100s of new climate tech startups in Germany and UK. We need Carbon experts to support them with their carbon cases to help them gain investment during our Venture Builder and Launchpad programmes.
You would be involved in reading through reports and carbon cases from new climate tech start ups and advising on next steps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and validate carbon reduction cases to support climate-focused value propositions
- Help venture teams quantify and communicate environmental impact
- Bring a critical sustainability lens to product and business model development
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in LCA methodologies and tools (e.g., SimaPro, GaBi, OpenLCA)
- Proven experience in carbon accounting and environmental impact assessment
- Ability to work flexibly and collaborate with multiple teams in a fast-paced venture environment
- Excellent communication skills – able to translate technical findings into actionable insights
