Duties

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
