Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall appearance and condition of our vehicles.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including vacuuming, shampooing, and waxing.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and techniques to ensure the best results without damaging surfaces.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that may need addressing, reporting findings to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the detailing area and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
- Assist in driving vehicles as needed, ensuring safe transport within the premises.
Experience
- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is advantageous but not essential.
- A valid driving licence is required to operate various vehicles safely.
- Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients and understanding their needs.
