Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilise effective communication skills to promote products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Manage sales transactions efficiently using relevant software tools.
- Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue.
- Maintain an organised workspace and keep track of inventory levels.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to assist in sales management strategies.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role or similar customer-facing position is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using sales software and technology to facilitate transactions and manage customer data.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
- Ability to demonstrate effective upselling techniques while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
