We are looking for a Car Parts Adviser to join the team at our Penrith branch.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the motor trade, a familiarity with vehicle mechanics and computer systems, and have the skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone in an efficient and courteous manner.
Skills:

- key skills in computing are essential, including web systems
Responsibilities:
- inbound and outbound calls to customers
- helping to serve customers at our trade counter
- ordering, invoicing and taking payments
- providing quotations
Either experience in a similar role within the motor industry or mechanical knowledge/experience are required. Full systems training will be provided.
This is a full time role, 42.5 hours Monday-Friday and including alternate Saturdays.
