Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall appearance of our vehicles and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
- Vacuum and shampoo upholstery and carpets to ensure cleanliness and freshness.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to achieve a streak-free finish.
- Apply protective coatings to paintwork and other surfaces as required.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure all tasks meet company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment used in the detailing process.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- A valid driving licence is required to move vehicles as necessary during the detailing process.
- Janitorial experience is advantageous as it demonstrates an understanding of cleanliness standards.
