As an Automotive Detailer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles are presented in pristine condition for our customers. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
- Vacuum and shampoo upholstery and carpets to ensure a clean and fresh environment.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces for clarity and shine.
- Apply protective coatings and treatments to maintain vehicle appearance.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that may require attention.
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment used in the process.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing service provided.
Skills
- Proficient driving skills with a valid driving licence to manoeuvre vehicles safely.
- Previous janitorial experience is advantageous, showcasing your ability to maintain cleanliness in various environments.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
- Attention to detail is essential for achieving high-quality results in vehicle presentation.
