Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, versatile and proactive General Assistant to join our dynamic used car sales business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support across various departments, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a positive work environment. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to adapt to changing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support team members with coordination and execution of tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of cars and common areas.
- Help manage inventory by tracking supplies and placing orders when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing phone inquiries and assisting on test drives.
- Assist with the preparation and detailing of vehicles prior to sale.
- Participate and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Clean UK drivers licence for manual and automatic cars.
- Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience is preferred but not required.
