What we are looking for:
We are looking for a local ambitious individual who is excited by the opportunity of eventually owning their own mobile valeting business.
All the customers you will be serving are located within Caterham, Warlingham and Oxted and 95% of your workload will be maintenance cleans (cars which have been cleaned within the last month or two) therefore the cars are not too dirty. An average day will be around 6HRS of labour.
The successful valeter in 1-2 years will have the opportunity to own the business as a franchisee.
The ideal candidate will be confident in communicating with both customers and management.
Must have own car. Self-Employed Contract.
Pay:
Training - £50 DAY (10 Days)
Valeter - £100 DAY (Average)
Franchisee / Business Owner - From £150 DAY
Duties
- Perform maintenance valets at the customers house (each car gets cleaned monthly or bimonthly)
- Drive to various locations as required
Experience
- Previous experience in a car cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A valid driver's licence and car for travel between job sites.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
