Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Canvassers to join our team. As a Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in engaging with the community, promoting our services, and gathering valuable feedback. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. Previous exterior cleaning sales is preferred and being comfortable engaging with potential new customers about window and gutter cleaning etc.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote our services and initiatives.
- Engage with community members, providing information and answering questions about our offerings.
- Collect feedback and insights from residents to help improve our services.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour while representing the organisation.
- Document interactions and report findings to the management team.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve outreach goals.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various audiences.
- Previous experience in customer service or marketing is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and resilience in facing challenges during canvassing activities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
