Are you a motivated self starter able to run a cafe and small pizza restaurant?
We are looking for a strong supervisor who fast paced customer service and has the experience to lead shifts with a small team on a beautiful local cafe / restaurant.
You will be shift leader for the day to day operations, delivering exceptional customer experience for a cafe and pizza restaurant ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols in a brand new area in Brent Cross Town.
The role will suit someone who has been working in fast paced cafes / restaurants but now wants a more relaxed environment to work and strong development potential while the area becomes busy and vibrant due to brand new flats / offices and parkland.
Duties
- Lead café staff, providing training and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the café & restaurant is clean, organised, and well-presented at all times.
Skills
- Proven leadership abilities with supervisory experience within a restaurant or café setting.
- Strong background in food production and preparation, with knowledge of culinary techniques.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to multitask effectively in any environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills to manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
- A passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences for guests.
