Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
- Train and mentor staff in culinary techniques, hospitality standards, and customer service excellence.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in food production planning to meet customer demand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with management to implement new strategies for improving service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.

Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
- Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management.
- Background in restaurant or hospitality environments is essential.
- Culinary experience preferred, with knowledge of food safety practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience in serving customers with a focus on delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen equipment operation is advantageous.
