Café Assistant (30–40 Hours per Week)
Neeko Café is looking for a friendly and reliable Café Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving coffee, matcha, cakes, and light food items
- Providing excellent customer service at the counter and on the floor
- Assisting with daily cleaning and café upkeep
- Supporting stock management and restocking supplies
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for all customers
Requirements:
- Availability to work 30–40 hours per week
- Previous café / F&B experience (preferred, but not essential – training provided)
- Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (Chinese/Japanese language skills a plus)
