Overview
Note - This is working 2 days per week in the week and occasional weekends.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated memberto join our vibrant team. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while expertly preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items. This position requires a keen attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area, including equipment and utensils.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices to ensure customer health and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
