We started producing fresh chocolates in 2010 and founded chocolate galley in 2015 with the introduction of our cafe menu. Fresh and innovative flavour combinations are very special to us with the chocolate quite often influencing the savoury combinations on the menu. We also have our own a signature hot chocolate and an extensive range of fresh baking all made in the premises.
Working for chocolate galley is widely varied and includes-
greeting and taking orders from customers, preparing and serving drinks, working with the coffee machine, building menu knowledge, accepting cash and card payments, opening and closing responsibilities, working with the chocolates, gaining retail experience through the joint gift, jewellery and antique business (The Glass Onion)
we are also looking for someone to spend the majority of time working in the kitchen with a passion for creative and artisan food.
We seek individuals with a strong work ethic, able to work within a team, organised, capable to function effectively in a fast pace environment, a confident communicator, reliable, responsible and flexible.
Experience is not essential as full training will be provided for both roles.
