What You'll Do:
- Manage job postings, screen CVs, and conduct engaging, high-quality screening calls.
- Schedule interviews, support with interview logistics, and transcribe interviews accurately.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Recruiters and Tuition Programme Coordinators to ensure seamless candidate progression.
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System and Single Central Record.
- Carry out thorough pre-employment checks (including references and DBS).
- Be the first point of contact for candidates—ensuring clear, warm, and professional communication at every stage.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
- Speaks confidently, enthusiastically, and professionally - both in person and on the phone.
- Has a natural ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Writes with a high level of accuracy.
- Has excellent attention to detail and is efficient in data entry.
- Is confident with Google Sheets and Docs (or similar tools).
- Is highly organized with excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to change.
- Works well independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and reliability.
- Can commit to working in-office 4 days a week, with 1 day from home.
- Holds a minimum of grade C (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English
- Has a commitment to safeguarding children and young people.
Experience isn’t essential—we’ll provide all the training and support you need. However, previous experience in an office, sales, education, or recruitment environment is a plus.

An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role, in line with our Child Protection and Safeguarding procedures. If you do not currently hold one, we will process this for you as part of the pre-employment checks.
