Role Responsibilities
Partner Support
- Respond to Partner inquiries via phone, email, chat, within SLA.
- Resolve product or application queries quickly and efficiently.
- Accurately log interactions and issues in CRM or support software.
- Escalate queries to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Communication
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a professional tone in all interactions.
- Follow up to ensure case resolution and partner satisfaction.
Product Knowledge
- Use company resources and knowledge base to troubleshoot common issues.
- Stay up to date on the MWBS product suite, services, and policies.
- Stay up to date on Fintech product features (e.g., acquiring partners, payment gateways, payment terminals and in-house tech).
Feedback & Improvement
- Gather partner feedback and share insights with the team.
- Suggest improvements to enhance partner support.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other members of the team, team leaders, and departments.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
Key Skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with partners.
- Pro-active and flexible approach to managing your workload.
- Experience with Zoho or similar CRM.
- Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and pick up additional responsibilities where required.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or Account Management role.
- Knowledge of Merchant Services.
