We’re looking for a Business Process Lead to join this global programme and play a pivotal role in standardising and optimising the way we work across all regions.
This is your opportunity to make a real impact on a global scale. As part of the BEP design team, you’ll be at the heart of a programme that’s redefining how we deliver seamless, blended customer experiences—both in-store and online. You’ll work across regions, teams, and disciplines to design and implement scalable, efficient, and intuitive business processes that support our people, technology, and data strategies. From shaping enterprise-wide process frameworks to identifying opportunities for automation, your work will directly influence how Specsavers operates today and into the future.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in complexity and loves connecting the dots. You’ll bring deep experience in business process design, improvement, and governance—ideally in a retail or global environment. You’ll be confident working with frameworks like BPMN and tools like Signavio or Blueworks, and you’ll know how to apply Lean, Six Sigma, and RPA techniques to drive real, measurable change. But more than that, you’ll be a great communicator, a natural collaborator, and someone who can bring people together to make things happen.
