Capita are looking for an experienced Business Consultant, with specialist expertise in the legal side of the Life & Pensions sector, on a temporary fixed term contract basis (likely for 3 months initially), to work specifically on a complex project surrounding client exits.

Job Description:

What will you deliver?

  • Reviewing legal documents and providing in depth insight and expertise.
  • Liaising with legal teams on specific aspect of client contracts around business exits.
  • Working closely with both internal and external advisors specific to the project.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous demonstrable expertise in the regulated UK Life & Pensions sector, with an in-depth understanding of industry specific IT infrastructures and services.
  • Specialist knowledge of historic contractual arrangements and settlements, and the legalities surrounding this.
  • Hands on knowledge of outsourcing exit programmes and legal processes.
  • In depth knowledge of FCA regulations.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building and client stakeholder management skills.
