What will you deliver?
- Reviewing legal documents and providing in depth insight and expertise.
- Liaising with legal teams on specific aspect of client contracts around business exits.
- Working closely with both internal and external advisors specific to the project.
What are we looking for?
- Previous demonstrable expertise in the regulated UK Life & Pensions sector, with an in-depth understanding of industry specific IT infrastructures and services.
- Specialist knowledge of historic contractual arrangements and settlements, and the legalities surrounding this.
- Hands on knowledge of outsourcing exit programmes and legal processes.
- In depth knowledge of FCA regulations.
- Excellent communication, relationship building and client stakeholder management skills.
