Job Summary
We are a growing health tech company looking for a Business Associate (Entry-Level) to join our team. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days/week from our office in Reading, so applicants must be located in or near Reading.
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent business graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience who wants to gain hands-on exposure across commercial, research, and operational areas in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor research to support new business ideas
- Identify grants, funding opportunities, and potential commercial partnerships
- Assist in preparing presentations, business documents, and internal reports
- Support business operations with administrative tasks when needed
- Monitor trends and gather insights from relevant industries
- Coordinate with the founder and other team members on strategic tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Up to 1 year of work experience (internships count)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially PowerPoint)
- Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
- Based in Reading or within daily commuting distance
