As part of the team at Amegreen Children's Services, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our residential homes by providing dedicated administrative assistance.
We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to support with day-to-day administration across all our residential homes. This includes tasks such as scheduling and taking minutes for meetings and supervisions, maintaining accurate records, supporting with documentation, and assisting the leadership teams.
You will be actively involved in supporting our HR and onboarding function, including:
- Coordinating and managing the onboarding process for new staff, ensuring all documentation, checks, and training are completed in line with safeguarding requirements.
- Assisting with recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and maintaining candidate records.
- Supporting HR with employee file management, absence tracking, and compliance documentation.
- Acting as a point of contact for staff queries related to onboarding, HR policies, and general administrative support.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who is confident working independently, with strong communication and organisational skills.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines and work calmly under pressure with a flexible working attitude.
- Organised with the ability to manage numerous tasks and deadlines.
- Adaptable to change direction, be creative and focused while retaining an organised and structured approach.
- Experience or interest in HR administration and onboarding processes is desirable.
