We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Apprenticeship Programme at Hillingdon Council.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to various teams, helping to meet performance targets while contributing to our commitment to continuous improvement and our core value of “Putting our residents first.”

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative support across council directorates, responding flexibly to changing demands and priorities.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the Council’s Customer Care Standards and help ensure these are consistently met.

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally, escalating issues and messages to managers and relevant professionals where necessary.

  • Show a commitment to delivering exceptional service and continuous improvement.

  • Learn from best practices and contribute to a customer-focused team culture that seeks innovative ways to enhance service delivery.

  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including routine, complex, and urgent duties, ensuring they meet defined service standards.
