Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Lead to oversee operations at our projects. The Site Lead will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supervising a team of employees. This role is crucial for maintaining productivity and fostering a positive work environment.
Duties
- Manage daily site operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise team members, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct regular inspections of the site to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with management to implement operational strategies and improvements.
- Facilitate communication between team members and upper management to address any issues or concerns.
- Prepare reports on site performance, including productivity metrics and employee feedback.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Enhance employees skill level by demonstrating and mentoring.
Skills
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent supervisory skills, ensuring that all team members are performing their tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.

Experience
- Proven track record of high quality work in all aspects of building.
- Minimum of 8 years plus experience.
- Pay is dependent on experience and skill level.
