About The Role:
As a broker assistant, some of your main responsibilities may include:
- Work in partnership with the Account Executive team in the marketing of reinsurance placements
- Generation and review of presentations and analysis for markets and clients.
- Collection and analysis of data vital for the preparation of market submissions and presentations.
- Resolution of queries received from clients and reinsurers – collaborating closely with colleagues within other departments as necessary.
- Supporting placement brokers to structure, market and place reinsurance treaties.
- Support Account Executives to manage clients and win new business mandates.
- Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests, or reputation of any Group Company.

- Great communication skills.
- Data analysis.
- Good level of IT proficiency
- Experience of working in a client-facing environment.
- Ability to work in an environment where deadlines must be adhered to.
