- Minimum 2&1 Gang
- Traditional new build housing development (2 years work)
- Must work to and up to date with NHBC Standards
- Price work: BWK £575 PTHO / BLWK £16 a meter
- 8 new plots ready to go
- CSCS required - Cards only, paper copies not accepted
- High standard of housekeeping
