Full Time Position: 40 hours per week.
Your weekly hours will be worked between Sunday and Saturdays on days and at times to suit the needs of the business.
Main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Cleaning casks and kegs
- Managing raw materials and equipment, ready to facilitate production.
- Carry out daily brewhouse and cellar duties, including monitoring temperature & gravity.
- Brewing/Wort production
- Cleaning tanks, equipment and keeping the brewhouse clean and tidy.
- Packaging beers into various formats including cask & keg.
- Accurate and consistent record keeping
- Additional roles to cover and support brewery operations will also be required from time to time, including stock control, deliveries and events.
Working hours
This is a full time position – your weekly hours will be worked between Sunday and Saturdays on days and at times to suit the needs of the business.
Training
Full on the job training will be given to the right candidate with the opportunity to work towards a Brewing qualification further down the line.
Any external training required to fulfil your role will be funded by the company.
Dress
You will be provided with warm clothing and company logo wear. You will also be issued with safety boots and personal protective equipment.
Personal Requirements
· This is a physically demanding role so applicants need to be physically fit.
· Enthusiasm for all aspects of craft brewing
· Good practical skills
· Possess a full driving license
· Flexibility
