The Team
Our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are often the first time that a potential customer interacts with our company. We want this experience to feel thoughtful and magical. They’re responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential prospects through a variety of different means, ultimately driving pipeline and growth for the business.

As our London BDR Manager at incident.io you will have the chance to coach and grow our BDR team based in our company HQ. If you are someone who is passionate about coaching and up-leveling individuals that are earlier in their career and have aspirations to become the future of our sales org, this is the role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
Building the Top-of-Funnel Engine. Operate in a greenfield environment, turning ambiguity into structure by identifying the inputs that drive growth and scale.
Hiring & Developing a High-Performing Team. Recruit and grow future stars (AEs, SEs, etc.) through targeted hiring, structured onboarding, and a strong coaching culture.
Owning SQO Targets & Team Performance. Lead the team to exceed SQO goals by tracking KPIs, giving feedback, and aligning team execution with company objectives.
Making Outbound Smarter & Easier. Leverage tools and creative strategies to help your team surface high-intent prospects and convert cold outbound into warm.
Driving Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with sales, marketing, recruiting, and more to ensure alignment and shared success across the business.
What you need to be successful:
Top-of-Funnel Leadership with Closing Experience. You’re passionate about pipeline generation and leading top-of-funnel strategy. Ideally, you’ve been a closer yourself and can coach BDRs not just to hit meetings, but to progress in their careers toward AE roles.
A Natural Coach and Enabler. You thrive on developing others. Coaching and enablement will be at the heart of this role proactively identifying gaps, building skill sets, and celebrating growth are second nature to you.
Data-Driven with a Curious Mindset. Curiosity is great curiosity backed by data is even better. You know how to use data to define KPIs, spot leading indicators, and quickly double down on what’s working (or fix what’s not).
Systems-Oriented with Analytical Rigor. You understand that scalable growth comes from repeatable inputs. You’re comfortable working in CRM, reporting tools, and spreadsheets to diagnose performance, test improvements, and build replicable processes.
Outbound Sales Strategist. You bring deep experience in outbound from sequencing and messaging to channel strategy and campaign design. You’ve built outbound programs that work and know how to evolve them as the market changes.
