The Role
We're looking for a Brand Content Writer who brings depth, clarity, and character to everything we share with the world. This isn't a role about performance marketing or product copy — it's about crafting intelligent, resonant content that builds credibility, earns trust, and reflects the ambition and precision of our brand. You'll create content across long, medium, and short form, from high-stakes announcements and clinician impact stories to opinionated thought leadership and crisp social posts. You'll help set the tone for how Heidi shows up publicly, creating content that resonates beyond the scroll.
What You'll Do
Create compelling content for brand-forward initiatives: LinkedIn posts, Instagram and Facebook content, thought leadership, impact assessments, funding or partnership announcements, keynote narratives, leadership updates, and more
Write in the natural voice of healthcare providers, avoiding tech jargon while respecting clinical expertise and medical terminology
Elevate the clarity, tone, and consistency of Heidi's external voice
Collaborate with leadership, design, product, and marketing teams to shape high-visibility messaging
Develop editorial calendars for content strategy and thought leadership across all platforms
Interview clinicians, collaborators, and internal experts to surface authentic stories and insights
Uphold editorial standards that prioritise substance, coherence, and respect for our audience
What We're Looking For
Background in journalism or clinical practice. We need someone who can write in a trustworthy, human tone
Ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into accessible, engaging content
Experience creating content for multiple platforms and formats
Understanding of healthcare professional audiences and their communication preferences
