Role Overview:
As our Brand Engagement Designer, you will craft visually compelling and strategically aligned designs that elevate brand presence across multiple touchpoints. Your role goes beyond making things look beautiful - you’ll shape the way our audiences experience and connect with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials and brand assets that drive engagement and emotional connection.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand strategy.
- Develop innovative design concepts for social media, digital advertising, presentations, and events.
- Manage daily posting, monitoring, and audience interaction across brand social media pages.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience feedback to foster community engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency while exploring fresh creative approaches.
- Translate data and insights into designs and interactions that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay ahead of design, branding, and marketing trends to keep our visual identity modern and impactful.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design, brand design, or related creative field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand-focused and engagement-driven design work.
- Understanding of marketing principles, audience behavior, and storytelling.
- Experience in social media management
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
