As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to upselling and an aptitude for using sales management software effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
- Utilise upselling techniques to maximise sales potential during client interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using sales management software.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
Experience
- Proven vehicle sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with sales management software is an advantage, along with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and personal development in the field of sales is encouraged.
