JOB DESCRIPTION - BIRD DETERRENT INSTALLER
Due to expanding demand we are currently looking for a Bird Deterrent Installer to join our team and become an integral part of our service delivery. Direct bird proofing, or trades experience is desired.
Full training will be given to the right candidate that can display an attitude that matches our company ethos.

THE ROLE
As a Bird Deterrent Installer, you can expect a varied role where no two sites will be the same. Your role will be to fulfil the installation and maintenance of bird deterrent systems mostly from access equipment such as MEWPS, Scaffolding or Ladders and will also include cleaning, disinfection and related environmental services such as
- Installation of bird deterrent systems – netting, spikes, spring wire systems, bird gel
- Guano Clearance and disinfection
- Property/ vegetation clearances
- Pressure washing
- Syringe sweeps/ removal
- Pest bird population management
- Carrying out work associated with pest control, including rodent proofing
- To attend client meetings / surveys as required
To be a part of our growth plan the successful applicant should have the following desired attributes;
- experience as a bird proofing technician o working within a trade/ construction environment
- hold a valid UK driving licence
- be comfortable working unsupervised at times
And the following essential attributes;
- willing to travel distances by van from day to day
- flexibility to stay away and work evening or weekends where required
- comfortable working at heights
- good level of physically fitness
- professional and courteous attitude to clients at all times
- positive, flexible and have a can do attitude
- takes pride in their appearance and workmanship

LOCATION
- Our projects vary in location so travel will be a feature with this role. The amount is job dependant as we mainly cover all postcodes within the following areas ; South East, South West, London (Central and greater) and Birmingham with some occasional travel to the midlands and north required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
