As a Junior Biostatistician you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

  • Good understanding of basic trial designs and classical inference methodologies
  • Performs simple design and analysis, and uses appropriate statistical software (under supervision).
  • Identifies and begins to interpret problems in processes/results and communicates them to supervisor/manager
  • Able to solve some aspects of discreet problems (with supervision)
  • Working knowledge of all applicable policies and procedures of the client
  • Executes assigned tasks with high quality, integrity and attention to detail
  • Performs Quality Control (QC) of own work
  • Working knowledge of Good Practice (GxP), International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) requirements (as applicable)
  • Keeps manager/supervisor informed of progress and activities; escalates issues as appropriate
  • Presents concise summaries of own activities in group settings
  • Prepares brief oral or written summaries of assigned work with interpretation (where applicable)
  • Works effectively and collaboratively within own team

You are:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field, with a solid understanding of basic clinical trial designs and classical statistical inference methods.

  • Proficiency in using statistical software (e.g., SAS, R) for basic data analysis and study design, preferably with a minimum of a 3 years hands-on experience.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues in data or processes and contribute to solutions under supervision.

  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and standards such as GxP, ICH, and client-specific policies and procedures.

  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to produce high-quality work and effectively summarize findings for team discussions.
