Experience - Previous experience within a quality cocktail bar or restaurant

The Position

Reporting into the Head of Research Development and Centralised Production, the Beverage Production Assistant will be at the forefront of producing bespoke ingredients and assisting with research and development for the whole group.

The focus will be on producing distillates, cordials, infusions and batches for all JKS Restaurants and Airmail consultancy partners as well as developing and creating new menu offerings, while working closely with the Airmail team, General Managers and Bar Managers of each restaurant to maintain high standards.

The successful Beverage Production Assistant will have:

• Prior experience in a drinks development role in a top 50 bar or similar;
• Excellent knowledge of the London drinks industry and the workings of a restaurant;
• Highly personable nature, able to confidently build relationships with site managers and employees;
• An eagerness to learn
• Ability to take a proactive and results-oriented approach to your work with the ability to multitask and maintain excellent attention to detail, organisation and time-management skills;
• Operations experience in an established bar;
