Role; Behaviour Mentor (Mainstream Secondary)
Pay; £89 per day
Length; Long term (ongoing) from October 2025

Our client school in Littlehampton is a supportive secondary with a focus on inclusion and high expectations. They are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to provide corridor/classroom support, re-integration plans and restorative conversations.
- At least 6 weeks’ experience supporting young people (school/college/youth)
- Strong rapport building and resilience under pressure
- DBS on the update service
- Up to date safeguarding training
