Your Key Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.
- Handle all enquiries promptly and professionally, building strong client relationships.
- Manage the clinic’s diary effectively, maximising efficiency and profitability.
- Provide expert advice and tailored skincare recommendations.
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, microneedling, laser therapy, facials, manicures, pedicures, and waxing ( training provided).
- Support clinic marketing efforts, helping to grow our brand and client base.
- Maintain a pristine and professional workspace, ensuring all tools and products meet the highest hygiene standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or skincare.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- A recognised qualification in beauty therapy or laser therapy.
- A passion for aesthetic medicine and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
