Duties
- Perform makeup application for clients, tailoring looks to individual preferences and occasions.
- Provide deep tissue massage and other therapeutic treatments to enhance relaxation and well-being.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by creating a friendly atmosphere and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable beauty treatments.
- Offer additional services such as eyelash extensions and barbering, ensuring all treatments meet the highest standards of quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas, tools, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of skills in makeup application, massage therapy, and other beauty treatments.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently while multitasking in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques, with a willingness to continue learning and developing professionally.
- Certification or qualifications in relevant beauty therapies is preferred but not mandatory.
