exsperienced Bartender – Fine Dining Restaurant (Full-Time)
Location: Luigi’s, 14-16 Orchard Street, Swansea SA1 5AG
We are looking for a skilled and professional bartender to join our front-of-house team at Luigi’s, a new fine dining restaurant in the heart of Swansea.
You’ll bring elegance, confidence, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end or fine dining restaurants
Confident and capable behind a fully equipped bar
Ability to prepare classic and signature cocktails to high standards
Strong understanding of wines, spirits, and premium service
Well-presented, punctual, and serious about your craft
Willing and able to support service on the floor when required
Positive attitude and a team player mentality
Manage and maintain the bar during service
Ensure guests receive warm, professional, and efficient service
Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen and floor team
Occasionally float as a waiter/waitress during service peaks
Maintain cleanliness and standards at all times
A professional and elegant working environment
