Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will preferably have previous bartender experience and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving cocktails, spirits and beers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised bar environment. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on engaging with guests and being part of London’s nightlife!
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary.
- Adhere to safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
- Handle card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong time management skills and punctuality for shifts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- A team player who can work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
