Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to bar patrons
- Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Monitor and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and laws
- Upsell and promote drink specials or menu items
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Possible Keyholder responsibilities (subject to DBS check)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- DBS checks for any Keyholder related duties
Mininum of 8 hours a week, with multiple oppurnities for overtime to cover sickness, absences, holidays and functions

Pay: £9.00-£14.00 per hour
