Freddy’s Late Night Bar is looking for experienced bartenders to join our fun and fast-paced team on a part-time basis – mainly weekends.
If you’ve got cocktail skills, love late nights, and thrive in a lively bar atmosphere, we want to hear from you!
Location: Edinburgh New Town
Hours: Part-time | Primarily Friday & Saturday nights

What We’re After:
- Previous bar experience (especially with cocktails)
- Confident, reliable, and good under pressure
- Friendly, outgoing, and great with customers
- Ready to jump in on busy nights and bring good energy
What You’ll Do:
- Mix and serve a range of cocktails (both classics & signatures)
- Keep the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked
- Create a welcoming vibe for every guest
- Work closely with a small, supportive team
