Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including organising supplies and cleaning glasses
- Check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor customer behavior and respond to any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Skills:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
