We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the café, and ensuring that every customer has a delightful experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a café or food service environment is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders.
- Strong time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- A genuine passion for coffee and customer service will set you apart.

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
