Barista / Bartender – Speciality Coffee & Bar Work (Immediate Start)
Broadstairs | £12.40/hour | Full-Time – 30+ hours/week | Weekend work required
We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Barista / Bartender to join our team immediately, combining a love for speciality coffee (with latte art skills) and the ability to serve drinks from behind the bar. This is an on-site role based in Broadstairs, offering a minimum of 30 hours per week and regular weekend shifts.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and serve high-quality speciality coffee and other beverages to our exacting standards.
- Create latte art consistently to enhance the customer experience.
- Dial in the coffee machine.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from the bar.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of coffee, cocktails, and other drinks offered.
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Keep the bar and coffee area clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a barista (speciality coffee preferred) and/or bartender.
- Strong latte art skills (heart, rosetta, tulip as a minimum).
- Cocktail-making skills or willingness to learn.
- Great communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliability and flexibility, including availability for weekend shifts.
- Passion for delivering excellent drinks and service.
- Availability to start immediately.
