Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant café environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in coffee culture, a commitment to delivering delicious yet presentable beverages , and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is essential - including latte art and the ability to clean a coffee machine as well as a grinder.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
