Essential Skills:

- Demonstrated proficiency in preparing coffee and other beverages, with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers and address their needs in a friendly and efficient manner.
- In-depth knowledge of coffee, including brewing methods, flavor profiles, and roasting techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and prioritising tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail, with a commitment to cleanliness and maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities - Job Specific:
- Provide outstanding levels of customer service across the whole Coffee Shop facility, including the preparation of beverages and serving of food
- Assist with the development of the coffee shop function & service elements in line with Company objectives
- Develop and implement a Standards of Performance document for easy reference and use by others within the team
- Support & maintain the importance and profile of the Coffee Shop function, ensuring the best possible impression is given at all times
- Develop, implement and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and Health & Safety practices
- Develop, implement and maintain effective stock management processes; including ordering, storage and control
- Contribute to the promotion and commercial success of the coffee shop
- Ensure the effective implantation and use of Yuello
- Liaise effectively with suppliers and ensure Tramshed Tech receives the best in terms of service & price
- Make recommendations to maximise the effectiveness and success of the coffee shop
- Prepare cost analysis documents as required
- Assist with the refreshment requirements for in-house meetings & events
- Support the Head of Community and contribute to the development of a strong community amongst our members and team
- Communicate any feedback from customers to the wider team as required
- Maximise sales opportunities and customer relations by maintaining a thorough understanding of the capabilities, facilities and offerings of the business
- Liaise effectively with the wider Tramshed Tech team
- Support key business areas in adopting a ‘working together’ approach
- Assist in nurturing the community environment & culture so that it maximises the opportunity for members to operate and function at their best

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.60 per hour
