We’re now looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, and bubbly Barista to join our team and help us keep building the rich coffee culture we’re known for.
The Role:
As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations crafting beautiful coffee and light lunches with care and precision, chatting with customers, and making our space feel like their favourite part of the day. You’ll be as comfortable pulling the perfect espresso shot as you are recommending a new coffee to try.
Hours & Pay:
- 4–5 days per week (Tuesday to Saturday)
- Starting wage from £12.21 per hour, dependant on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve exceptional coffee, from espresso-based drinks to drip coffees, following our recipes and standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, keeping it in perfect working order.
- Greet and engage customers with a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
- Provide coffee recommendations and answer questions with confidence.
- Assist in preparing sandwiches and light lunches.
- Keep your workspace clean, organised, and inviting.
- Stay up to date with our coffee menu and seasonal specials.
- Participate in training sessions, tastings, and team meetings to grow your skills.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
About You:
- You’re bubbly, friendly, and genuinely enjoy working in hospitality.
- You have a passion for coffee and take pride in delivering quality drinks.
- You thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- You’re a team player with great communication skills.
